Biographical Sketch

Paul Plotczyk is the President of Work Systems Affiliates International Inc. (WSA), and has over 25 years experience helping companies improve their project management systems and processes. He is currently working with various project teams charged with developing the renovation plan for the Tappen Zee Bridge (NYC).

Paul has co-developed and delivered a widely known and popular professional workshop on The Fundamentals of Project Managementand co-authored the publication Best Practices in ExecutingProjects. Additionally, he has taught and lectured on a variety of organization and business management topics at universities and professional conferences both in the United States and Europe.He is a dynamic and engaging speaker who consistently receives high marks as a presenter and facilitator.
