Biographical Sketch

Paul Plotczyk is the President of Work Systems Affiliates International Inc. (WSA), and has over 25 years experience helping companies create winning organizational strategies. His focus has been on managing organizational change to develop competitive advantage.

Paul has authored serveral articles on the subject and is co-author of the Courage to Change - Creating and Environment to Anticipate Threats and Seize Opportunities. Additionally, he has taught and lectured on a variety of organization and business management topics at universities and professional conferences both in the United States and Europe. He is a dynamic and engaging speaker who consistently receives high marks as a presenter and facilitator.
