Principal Consultant

Mr. Rangel brings a powerful combination of senior operations management experience and highly developed consulting skills to his role as Principal Consultant.

For more than 20 years Gary was the driving force behind leading edge operations and supply chain management strategies for major corporations as diverse as UPS and Sysco-Avard.

His extensive corporate experience and his 28 years of combined active and reserve duty in the Army has made him an expert in the facilitation, communication and strategic planning skills necessary to successfully lead organizations through complex organization change initiatives.

In addition to his role at Work Systems Affiliates, Mr. Rangel continues to serve his country as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve and leadership instructor at the Army's General Staff College. His commitment to serve challenges him to continually hone his skills as facilitator and trainer, which delivers great benefit to our country and to Work Systems clients.
