Peter joined Work Systems Affiliates from Accenture where he was the leading expert in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy and implementation. He and his teams helped Fortune 500 companies rethink their customer strategy and deploy customer-focused capabilities across people, processes and technology.

In addition to his vast cross-industry knowledge gained by working at leading consulting firms like Accenture and Arthur D. Little, Peter also brings years of practical experience to the table. As an industry executive, he directed operations, headed up technical services, managed manufacturing and led customer service operations for a variety of leading-edge companies.
