Michael brings a diverse background to the WSA team. Early in his career, he led small businesses, organizations and start-ups through change needed for growth and expansion of their products and services. His focus on using systems thinking to weave the voice of the customer across all functions drove the success in industries such as financial services, online commerce and human services.
An experienced consultant, Michael has worked with companies in high-tech, financial services, healthcare, medical devices, human services, management consulting, packaged foods and chemical production to increase profitability and customer satisfaction through improved products, services, processes and leadership.
Mike’s hobbies of cooking, beer brewing and photography are living metaphors for how he synthesizes the interactions of the parts to become an entity greater than the sum of the parts themselves.
