Our mission was to conduct an analysis of the organization to determine the strengths/weaknesses, leverage points/barriers to success, and develop a process to align the leadership team. Although our analysis and initial consulting work was on the mark, the high level internal leadership problems that were widely publicized and eventually caused the downfall of CIFA, abruptly ended our work before it was completed.
